Return and Refund Policy
At Latchkey Standard, every product is made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@latchkeystandard.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work to make it right. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Sizing issues
Please review the size guide before placing your order. Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Lost or missing orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@latchkeystandard.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
Order cancellations
Because orders may be sent into production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@latchkeystandard.com. If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
Return shipping
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Final sale items
Gift cards, sale items, and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
