At Latchkey Standard, every product is made to order. This means your item is printed after your order is placed, then packed and shipped directly to you.

Order processing

Most orders begin production shortly after checkout. Because our products are made on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Shipping times

Shipping times may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery location.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Latchkey Standard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@latchkeystandard.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@latchkeystandard.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and then reach out to us at support@latchkeystandard.com.

International shipping

We currently ship to the locations available at checkout. International orders, if available, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
